'Tackling Taboo Topics'

Our meeting focuses on taboo topics such as
domestic violence, euthanasia, assisted suicide and Female Genital Mutilation,
and their impact on women and the family. The meeting will also look at women
doctors' careers, career progression, women in academic medicine and issues
around training.

Abstracts (maximum 250 words) are invited on any subject
of interest to women doctors, related either to the theme of the conference,
to the health of women or their families, or to women doctors' careers, for
presentation or as a poster.
Deadline for abstract submission is Friday 5th October 2012
The ELIZABETH GARRETT ANDERSON PRIZE will be awarded
for the best abstract presentation.
